Shipping Policy

What is the cost of shipping?

Standard shipping costs are free with the purchase of your order, Express shipping options may be available at the checkout page depending on the product and area of delivery which may be chargeable. 

 

Shipping is not included in prices given to customers who have reached out to us via Phone, Email, or other sources for custom-made products or in-person orders. In such cases, shipping costs and GST will be charged on top of the quoted product price.
 

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Shipments in Bangalore make take up to 2-3 Business days.

Shipments in all other parts of India may take 7-10 Business days. Shipments make take longer than the stipulated time mentioned above due to unforeseen reasons and reasons beyond the seller's control. No refunds or concessions will be made due to delayed shipments, Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at Sales@havanto.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with a confirmation of fulfillment, you can track the order using the tracking ID made available to you in this email. Some carriers may not provide a tracking Id in which case please reach out to our support team on sales@havanto.com to get an update on your order.

Tracking ID may not be available for local deliveries done in and around Bangalore.

Delivery:

  • Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later shipment.

  • Due to restrictions by certain apartments and living societies, it may not be possible to deliver the product to the door, in which case the delivery person may contact you and drop the package at the Entrance or with the security guard at your respective apartment/society.
     

  • Delivery to the door may not be possible if especially living in a high-rise apartment as delivery partners have certain restrictions, in which case they may call you to come down to receive your package or might drop it at the Entrance / or with the security guard. It is your responsibility to check with your respective society and give the required permissions or approvals for the security to receive your package on your behalf.  
     

  • Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)

  • Extra charges are applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries.
     

Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 10 days, after this timeline, Havanto shall be free to charge for holding the products for longer. No refunds will be issued in the case of a missed delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • In Case of Damage: In case if you received a damaged or defective product, bring it to the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at sales@havanto.com within 72 hours.
    Damage & defects will be assessed in 2-4 business days, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Havanto, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Havanto, to address the issue.
     

  • Order cannot be canceled due to personal and subjective reasons ex: if the product does not match the rest of the interiors, etc. No refunds will be made in such cases.
     

  • Cancellation in case of a wrong product: If the product does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, raise the issue immediately or within 72 hours & report it to the support team at sales@havanto.com

  • Products purchased on a discount, coupon code, or during a sale can not be canceled or refunded.
     

  • Any and all problems are to be reported within 72 hours from the time of delivery including damages, defects, wrong product, missing parts or any other query to the support team at sales@havanto.com. Any queries or requests received after 72 hours are not eligible for cancellation, refunds, or replacements.
     

  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days from the day of delivery. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

  • After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it, In case any damages are found or any damages besides those reported in the case of a damaged or defective product issue are found then your refund will not be processed.

  • After inspection, if our team finds any problems with the product a refund or replacement will be initiated. Refunds may take 7-10 business days from the date of inspection. 

  • Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.

  • Havanto does not bear the shipping expenses of product return under any and all circumstances. Return shipping costs are to the borne by the buyer.
     

  • The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
     

  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Warranties:

  • The product comes with a 1-year warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termite and borer issues.

  • This limited warranty does not apply to:

    • Small cuts, scratches or damages caused due to regular wear and tear and usage of the product, including those caused while cleaning.

    • Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product.

    • Cracks during the random displacement of the product.

    • Product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood or metal.
       

  • With time solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called as checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.

  • As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is not a warranty.

  • There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.

  • Products that qualify for warranty must be sent over to the Havanto Warehouse. The cost of shipping the product to and fro to the Havanto warehouse is not covered by Havanto. The customer must make his or her own arrangements.
